Approval and review
Every named product moves through draft, owner-approved, and published states. Retired products remain in our records so replacements and old links can be handled transparently. The guide is reviewed quarterly for broken links and changed official guidance; products are reassessed when a recall, material change, availability issue, or review date calls for it.
Safety and scope

Corrections
Material factual corrections are made promptly. Minor copy and link changes may be made without a public note. A correction that changes the safety or substance of a recommendation will be noted on the affected page.
